Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2.1 By clicking "Register," completing the anim6 registration form, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature on the anim6 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and all game-specific rules published on the Platform.

2.2 These Terms apply to all interactions you have with the anim6 Platform, including account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, bonus use, and any communications with anim6 customer support.

2.3 anim6 may publish supplementary terms for specific promotions, tournaments, or game formats. In the event of any conflict between supplementary promotional terms and these Terms, the supplementary terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion, and these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

2.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 To register and maintain an account on anim6, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines, or a jurisdiction where accessing anim6 is not prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a resident of or accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of anim6 or any of its affiliated entities;
• Not be self-excluded from the anim6 Platform or subject to any other active exclusion order.

3.2 Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) anim6 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.3 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the anim6 Platform. anim6 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information you provide at any time.

3.4 All accounts are subject to KYC identity verification. anim6 may require a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., passport, driver's license, Philippine national ID, SSS/GSIS card, or PhilHealth ID) before processing withdrawals or at any other time as anim6 deems necessary for compliance purposes.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your anim6 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. anim6 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number.

4.2 You must notify anim6 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that any unauthorised access to your account has occurred. anim6 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions or to notify anim6 in a timely manner.

4.3 anim6 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, purchase, or otherwise assign your anim6 account or any balance therein to any third party.

4.4 anim6 reserves the right to perform periodic account reviews and to request updated identification documents at its discretion, particularly where account activity patterns raise compliance concerns.

4.5 Accounts that remain inactive (no login or real-money wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. anim6 will provide written notice prior to any dormancy fee or administrative deduction being applied to a dormant account balance.

5.1 anim6 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. All player wallet balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your anim6 wallet instantly. Processing times for bank transfers and other payment methods may vary. anim6 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the verified anim6 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.4 anim6 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• GCash / Maya (under ₱10,000): Typically within 2–15 minutes of approval;
• GCash / Maya (₱10,000 and above): Typically within 30 minutes to 4 hours of approval;
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Typically 1–3 business banking days;
• USDT TRC20: Typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval, subject to blockchain confirmation.

5.5 Withdrawal requests are subject to account KYC verification being complete. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal processing suspended pending submission and approval of required identification documents.

5.6 anim6 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that exhibit patterns indicative of money laundering or other financial crime. anim6 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws and regulations, including the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (AMLA) as amended.

6.1 All games offered on the anim6 Platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, Hi-Lo, Mega Fishing, and all other game formats — are governed by individual game rules published within the respective game interfaces. Players are advised to review these rules before wagering real PHP.

6.2 Slot games on the anim6 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. Each spin is an independent event with no memory of prior results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in each slot game's information panel.

6.3 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical actions — including card dealing, roulette wheel spins, and dice shaking — broadcast in real time via high-definition video stream. Multiple camera angles are provided for full transparency. Live game results are final once the game round is declared closed by the dealer or the game system.

6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, anim6 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's wallet. If a game error results in an incorrectly displayed win that was not legitimately achieved under the game rules, anim6 reserves the right to void such a win.

6.5 anim6 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of all games. The Platform may undergo scheduled maintenance or emergency downtime, and specific game titles may be temporarily unavailable. anim6 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

7.1 anim6 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry dates.

7.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.

7.3 anim6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted by a player and in the process of being wagered shall be honoured subject to the terms under which it was granted.

7.4 Bonuses are awarded for personal, recreational use only. Players found to be exploiting bonus terms through matched betting strategies, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

7.5 anim6 reserves the right to limit the eligibility of any player for any promotional offer at its discretion, including where a player's wagering patterns suggest professional gambling, bonus abuse, or hedging behaviour inconsistent with standard recreational play.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the anim6 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any associated balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or the names of third parties;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or otherwise interfere with any aspect of the anim6 Platform software;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in game software — commonly known as "game exploitation" or "glitch abuse";
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with any dealer in live casino games;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring of financial transactions, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine AML legislation;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.

8.2 anim6 cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and all applicable Philippine law enforcement authorities. anim6 will report suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity as required by law without notice to the player concerned.

9.1 All content on the anim6 Platform — including the anim6 brand name and logo, platform design, software, game graphics and animations, written content, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of anim6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the anim6 Platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

9.3 The anim6 name, logo, and any associated trade marks may not be used by any third party without express prior written consent from anim6.

10.1 The anim6 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. anim6 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any information provided thereon.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, anim6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

10.3 anim6's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to their anim6 account in the sixty (60) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.1 anim6 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the anim6 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this legal agreement.

11.2 By registering on anim6, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data collected during the KYC verification process and data generated through your use of the Platform.

11.3 anim6 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines — with respect to all personal data collected from Philippine residents. You have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data subject to any legal retention obligations.

12.1 anim6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms or any supplementary terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Instruction from PAGCOR or a relevant Philippine legal authority;
• Any other reason that anim6, in its sole discretion, considers sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

12.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, anim6 reserves the right to forfeit any real-money balance in that account up to the value of any losses, costs, or damages suffered by anim6 as a result of the breach. Remaining balances, if any, will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deductions.

12.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting anim6 support at [email protected]. Any remaining verified balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

13.2 In the event of any dispute relating to a specific game round, transaction, or account matter, the player must submit a formal complaint to anim6 support at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. anim6 will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days.

13.3 Players who are unsatisfied with anim6's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR's Player Complaints Division for independent review.

13.4 anim6's records — including game logs, transaction records, and account history — shall, in the absence of demonstrable technical error, be deemed definitive and conclusive for the purposes of resolving any dispute. Players may request access to their own records by contacting support.

14.1 anim6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that materially affect your rights or obligations — will be notified to registered players by SMS to the registered Philippine mobile number and/or by notice upon login to the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days advance notice before the amended terms take effect.

14.2 Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or updates required by PAGCOR regulatory guidance) may take effect immediately and without advance notice.

14.3 Your continued use of the anim6 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.

14.4 The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any particular event or transaction shall govern that event or transaction.
